Job Description:

The Learning Experience Manager is responsible for delivering and maximizing the outcomes of learning activities across projects and initiatives. This includes developing, implementing, and embedding a blended learning experience strategy.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned leader to bring their expertise in program and project management to drive continuous improvement and professional development skills uplift for all roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR/OD, with a postgraduate degree and at least 3 years' experience in people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the design and delivery of learning solutions within and across departments
  • Using emerging learning technology and modern delivery methods to create and guide learning that drives capability growth and development
  • Working closely with senior leaders and teams to develop and implement effective learning strategies that meet the needs of employees and drive business results

Requirements:

A strong background in HR/OD, with a postgraduate degree and at least 3 years' experience in people leadership.

Exceptional program and project management expertise, as well as significant learning and development experience.
