The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Australia and have a strong background in product and customer operations, as well as a proven ability to apply industry-standard methodologies to achieve specific business objectives.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities while driving strategic results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies that are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and oversee project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks to program success and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess new products, enhancements, or initiatives.

As a skilled communicator, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to drive outcomes and ensure successful program delivery.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a program management or similar role.
  • Experience documenting cross-functional business and technical requirements.
  • Ability to indirectly lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams and business owners to achieve program timelines and deliverables.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.

This role requires working with other employees in multiple time zones and may involve performing work outside of normal business hours.
