Job Description

Our organisation is dedicated to supporting individuals living with dementia. They advocate, educate and engage with Australians affected by the condition to improve their quality of life.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team on a contract basis. You will provide ongoing compliance within applicable regulations and legislation while developing sustainable initiatives for high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accreditation and compliance requirements across Home Care, NDIA and CHSP
  • Develop, manage and implement strategies across all areas of responsibility in collaboration with internal departments
  • Conduct regular internal audits and participate in external audits
  • Participate in risk management and develop industry-specific policies in line with the 8 standards of care
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and regulation, coordinating compliance activities
  • Assist in conducting due diligence audits and resolving non-compliance findings

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality, compliance, clinical governance and industry accreditation
  • Proven competence in quality practices, best practice development and clinical governance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and stakeholder relationship management
