Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage learner records, generate qualifications, and prepare compliance reports. This role will involve coordinating stakeholder feedback, supporting audits, and developing training resources. You will play a vital part in maintaining high standards across training delivery, including conducting RTO inductions, responding to quality and compliance queries, and facilitating validation sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in learning and development, including program evaluation and review.
  • Strong knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and experience in supporting compliance audits.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) qualification or actively pursuing it.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to groups and collaborate effectively with trainers, operational teams, and stakeholders.
