Quality and Compliance Specialist

This is a permanent full-time role based at our facility in Western Australia.

We are seeking an individual who will play a crucial part in ensuring that our organization remains organized and runs effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a monthly audit calendar and conducting internal audits, as well as leading monthly quality meetings to ensure relevant compliance targets are being met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the aged care sector and possess high-level interpersonal and communication skills. You will lead by example, fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment where colleagues can thrive and grow professionally.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a monthly audit calendar and conducting internal audits.
  • Scheduling meetings focused on resident care, quality reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Leading monthly quality meetings to ensure relevant compliance targets are being met.
  • Completing weekly hazard inspections and reports.
  • Identifying trends, serious incidents, and complaints, and immediately reporting to Senior Management.
