Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor each resident's condition and provide personalized care that enhances their daily life
  • Develop and manage care plans that support residents' needs, promoting independence and choice
  • Ensure safe medication administration and accurate documentation of medication plans, interventions, and progress notes

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for caring and delivering high-quality care that supports residents
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current registration with AHPRA (Nursing)
  • The ability to quickly learn about the AN-ACC funding system attributes
  • Experience in nursing services, aged care, hospitals, or community care settings
  • An appreciation for accurate reporting and documentation management
  • The ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks
