Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team at Williamtown Health Centre.

About the Role
  • You will develop patient care plans, liaise with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care, conduct thorough patient assessments, and coordinate inpatient and outpatient treatments.
  • Maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism is essential.
  • A current unconditional registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is required.
  • At least 12 months post-graduate experience within the last five years in an acute care or primary health setting is necessary.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development activities is also required.
Requirements
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) is mandatory.
