Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Graduate Agronomist to join our team, specializing in broadacre or horticulture agronomy. As a graduate agronomist, you will provide technical advice on crop management and plant nutrition.

  • You will be responsible for providing expert agronomic advice on soil health, pest and disease management, and fertilizer application across various cropping systems.
  • Working closely with experienced agronomists and the field services team to develop your skills in advanced agricultural technology and crop protection solutions.
  • Supporting growers with up-to-date agronomic advice and solutions.
  • Being based in one of the following locations: Goulburn Valley VIC (Horticulture), Forbes NSW (Broadacre), or Gilgandra NSW (Broadacre).
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals who have completed tertiary qualifications to develop their career in agronomy.

  • As a graduate agronomist, you will participate in a structured graduate program that includes training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop your technical, management, and leadership skills through hands-on experience and industry connections.
  • Gain exposure to a wide network of professionals within the agriculture sector.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing agronomic advice to growers on soil health, pest and disease management, and fertilizer application.
  • Working collaboratively with the field services team to develop and implement agronomic solutions.
  • Supporting the development of the company's agronomic programs and services.
