The Access Control Administration role is responsible for overseeing the management, monitoring, and reporting of Identity Management and Access Control (IMAC) Support incident queues to ensure Operational Level Agreement (OLA) targets are consistently met.

The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have experience in leading high-performing teams with competing priorities. They must also have expertise in frontline management processes, excellent analytical skills, and experience in dealing with diverse client bases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Engagement & Coordination: Provide strategic leadership to schedule staff in day-to-day activities, including developing and supporting team members, and fostering a culture of commitment towards shared goals.
  • Management and coordination of development resources working with IMAC team leads and Director.
  • Performance Development Agreements (PDAs) and staff learning.
  • Process Management: Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensuring team adherence to SOPs when provisioning system access.
  • Reviewing work procedures and practices to identify opportunities for streamlining processes and optimizing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in leadership roles within Operational Service Support areas.
  • Experience managing IT staff.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, credibility, and personal networks between technology development functions and business units.
  • A good understanding of working with businesses to align IT solutions with business needs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Understanding of Security Frameworks (NIST, ISM, PSPF).
  • Understanding of ITIL practices.
