Job Summary

  • Manage access control systems for Home Affairs, overseeing user lifecycle and access controls in lower and production environments.

This role involves resolving complex incidents through Service Manager, within the Operational Level Agreement (OLA), as well as advanced management of user lifecycle for Active Directory, Mainframe, and Tivoli Directory Services.

Duties include managing privilege and normal users, identifying problems, and escalating issues when required.

About the Position

This Access Control Administrator position requires minimum two years' experience in support operations, with expertise in Active Directory, Mainframe, and ACF2, IBM Security Identity Manager / Tivoli Identity Manager, or equivalent competencies.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical, fault diagnosis, and problem-solving skills, along with strong documentation abilities, including creating standard operating procedures and build guides.
