Identity and Access Management Professional

The organization seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management expert to spearhead the development of a robust IAM system. This pivotal role involves planning, designing, building, and implementing a comprehensive IAM program that balances access with compliance and confidentiality.

  • Evaluate the current IAM infrastructure to identify areas for optimization and provide a detailed report outlining recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and design a new IAM solution tailored to meet the organization's unique needs.
  • Facilitate the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and implement products and services that support a strong IAM program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Identify and assess complex business and technology risks, as well as internal controls that mitigate these risks and opportunities for control improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to align business outcomes with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with administrating authentication technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory/Windows authentication, OpenLDAP, Shibboleth, SimpleSAMLphp, Kerberos, OpenID Connect, OAuth, and federated identity management.
  • Expert understanding of IAM concepts, including federation, authentication, authorization, access controls, access control attacks, identity, and access provisioning life cycle.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to lead and manage teams independently.
  • Knowledge of agile development techniques and secure software development life cycle.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
