Job Description:

The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding the enterprise compliance framework.

This role is responsible for ensuring the organisation meets regulatory obligations, supports business units with compliance activities, and drives a strong culture of accountability and integrity across the business.

Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise compliance framework, policies, and programs, as well as leading compliance reviews, risk assessments, and providing expert regulatory advice.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in compliance, controls, or audit within a large corporate (ASX-listed experience highly regarded)
  • Strong track record in developing and embedding compliance frameworks
  • Solid grasp of regulatory, compliance, assurance, and governance requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively with business leaders
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional compliance or governance certification desirable
