Corporate Services Director

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of aged care and community services. As an experienced leader, you will provide key guidance on organisational strategy and sustainable growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board through the Finance and Audit Committee, you will oversee Directors across corporate services functions, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, compliance, and community impact.
You will lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance, as well as oversee payroll operations, procurement processes, marketing and fundraising strategies, asset planning, and IT systems.

- Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification
- Senior leadership experience in corporate services in aged care, health, or community services
- Proven success in finance leadership, strategic budgeting, and compliance oversight
- Experience in marketing, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement
