This role offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your day while providing occupational rehabilitation services and psychological treatment to clients with various conditions and outcome goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build trust and collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to enhance return-to-work outcomes.
• Apply clinical knowledge to identify barriers to recovery, ensuring safe and sustainable reintegration into the workplace.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing personalised support for individuals recovering from physical and psychological injuries.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver impactful vocational counselling.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and treatment providers to achieve optimal recovery outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum Provisional Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
• Strong clinical knowledge of pathologies and excellent communication skills.
• Proven time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and confidence to innovate and achieve results.
• Energy and drive to grow our services and customer networks.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
