Cloud Solution Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solution Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale cloud solutions for a major government transformation program.

You will provide technical vision in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across Microsoft Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and Microsoft Fabric technologies.

  • Oversee the architectural design and implementation of enterprise cloud solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Azure Fabric, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Deliver robust infrastructure solutions that align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including security teams, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and enterprise architects.
  • Drive the development of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation including solution blueprints, design artefacts, and implementation plans.
  • Manage risk, resolve technical issues, and maintain alignment with architectural roadmaps and governance frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Cloud Architect or Solution Lead delivering complex enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IaC tools (Terraform, ARM/Bicep), Azure DevOps, and cloud infrastructure security frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience with Azure Landing Zones, Azure AD/IAM, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
