About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Business Partner to join our team at VMCH. As a Learning Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our Home Care team by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that align with their strategic goals and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Home Care to identify and address learning gaps, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs for a variety of audiences and modalities, preferably within aged or community care settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to inform future development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure learning solutions are relevant and compliant.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • A clinical background with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating engaging and effective learning programs for a variety of audiences and modalities, preferably within aged or community care settings
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods
  • Experience in customer service and soft skills training delivery
