Job Opportunity: Civil Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to join our expanding team.

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will contribute to the successful execution of challenging projects across various industry sectors including building construction, industrial, mining, transport infrastructure, and environmental sectors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising crews, plant, machinery, and subcontractors on site.
  • Leading production support and delivery of projects in line with time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Programming daily site works.
  • Coordinating employees, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Providing advice, direction, and support to project staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 to 15+ years of experience on civil projects with bulk earthworks experience essential. A proven track record of effective leadership, planning, and scheduling is also required.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Strong computer and paperwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
