The Opportunity

We are seeking a Private Equity Associate to join our Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) investment team. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing, international team that is focused on identifying and executing transformative investments in dynamic industries. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to complex cross-border transactions and play an integral role in value creation across our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to execution and portfolio management
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation, and in-depth industry & competitive analyses
  • Prepare investment materials for Investment Committee approval
  • Participate in due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations
  • Work closely with portfolio company management teams to deliver on strategic and operational initiatives
  • Contribute to sector research, building thematic insights in the TMT space

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a collaborative mindset
  • International outlook and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, media, and telecommunications sectors
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
