Sydney-based Private Equity Investment Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled investment professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our private equity fund.
- Originating and executing investments across the capital stack, leveraging a robust balance sheet and access to diverse capital pools;
- Working closely with the Head of Capital and CEO to drive deal execution and sponsor relationships;
- Making a direct contribution to Fund Under Management (FUM) growth;
- Catering to driven candidates with 3-5 years of experience in CRE Private Credit or CRE Advisory;
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with:
- An outstanding attitude, eager to work hard and grow within CRE Private credit;
- The analytical skills to manage individual dealflow in line with the right risk profile vs fund mandates;
- Experience engaging with brokers and sponsors alike to drive origination;
This role will provide a broad exposure to the lending transaction lifecycle, offering a clear runway for career progression. A competitive salary package and bonus scheme directly related to performance and FUM are available.
