This is a newly created postion to join an existing team of two in Sydney.
We are specifically targeting 2-3 years of experiece post university Intellectual capacity demonstratd by good academic scores at school & university Intellectual critical thinking ability - to be tested through interview process Whilst this investor specifically invests in real estate, the founder is particularly clear on hiring a candidate with minimal real estate experince to date.
They will assit you to pick up the real estate expertise by providing you exposure initially to existing investments, and once up and running then onto new investments.
The preferece is to source a talented individual from corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory.
Academic backgrounds from out of indusry is preferred, finance, commerce, law, engineering, etc You will join a highly functioning business with significant equity to deploy.
All investment is direct, with he addition of one or maximum of two joint venture investors (institutional).
If you have got 2-3 years of experience behind you, performed well academically, and are seeking to pivot your creer into private equity - this could be an ideal opening for you.
Small and intimate team envionment (will be a team of 3-4 based in Sydney), direct access to founder, an employer willing to train a candidate in real estate investing.
Starting salary up to $150k inc super Annual cash bonus STI Carried interest in funds LTI Current investment mandat is into Australian residential living sector (BTR).
