Lead a New Clinic with Strong Support

Take the lead in a brand-new practice with strong support and a focus on quality patient care.

National Dental Care is relocating to a purpose-built clinic in Chadstone Shopping Centre, seeking a skilled clinician to step into this full-time role (4–5 days/week), leading a close-knit team and building on the practice's strong existing patient base.

This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to combine hands-on dentistry with leadership in a well-supported, high-traffic location.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading daily clinical operations and mentoring your team
  • Providing a full range of general dental care: diagnostics, preventive, restorative and cosmetic
  • Helping refine clinical protocols to ensure quality and consistency
  • Supporting a positive, patient-focused team culture and collaborating with the practice manager on local marketing and growth

Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
  • Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience
  • Strong clinical capability across a broad range of treatments
  • Leadership experience or a genuine interest in developing in this area
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
