Design Lead for High-Voltage Substations

We are seeking an experienced Substation Design Engineer to lead and direct technical work on high-voltage substation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of accurate designs within budget, staying up-to-date with industry trends, project management best practices, and contract administration procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality designs for substations and associated power systems equipment, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate project efficiency and implement actions to meet targets and minimize costs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
- Proven expertise in high-voltage substation design from concept to commissioning, including experience with industry and client standards.
- Ability to specify and configure SCADA systems for substations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
