T/A Labourer

We are seeking skilled Trades Assistant (T/A) Labourers to provide essential support on various job sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks, preparing and setting up tools, materials, and equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support tradesperson on-site with task completion
  • Prepare necessary tools, materials, and equipment for the job
  • Maintain and clean blasting equipment as required
  • Observe and assist tradesperson in hands-on support
  • Conduct sanding and spotting work for surface preparation
  • Ensure a clean and safe workplace at all times
  • Fully comply with safety protocols and site procedures
Requirements
  • Prior experience in construction or industrial settings is desirable
  • Hold a valid White Card
  • Able to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labor
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of trade tools and materials is essential
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety standards is crucial
  • Experience with industrial coatings or abrasive blasting is an advantage
