As we continue to grow nationally, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Projects Advisor to join our national HR team based in Melbourne. This newly created opportunity will allow you to take the lead on the national coordination and delivery of early careers programs while driving a diverse portfolio of HR initiatives and projects across the firm.
This role will see you playing a key part in ensuring the effective execution of national HR programs, leveraging project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to support our strategic people objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating key project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple HR initiatives, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and communication throughout.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic HR professional with experience in generalist HR, early careers, coordination, or project-based HR work. They will thrive in a professional environment, be team orientated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture will set them apart.
