Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Coordinator to join their global professional services organisation. Based in Melbourne's CBD, this role offers the flexibility of hybrid working options. As part of a supportive and team-oriented HR department, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive advice on HR matters across Australian offices. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up from an HR Admin position, offering plenty of learning and professional development opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Provide advice on general HR matters including performance, terminations, and HR legislation
  • Interpret and advise on Modern Award queries
  • Generate contracts and manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required
  • Review and update HR policies regularly
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders

What You Bring
  • Proven HR generalist experience within a corporate environment is essential
  • Knowledge of Modern Awards is desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are required
  • A proactive approach and good time management skills are necessary
  • Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Coordinator role is required
  • A highly motivated attitude with a willingness to be mentored and developed
