Job Description

This role is responsible for providing technical assistance, project management and support on Civil projects. Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist with the preparation of tender documentation & submission, review project drawings, reports and specifications.

You will plan and manage the construction of the works including selection of subcontractors, suppliers, plant and equipment. Provide technical assistance to project teams, liaison with the client, subcontractors and suppliers and coordinate the works delivery.

Work closely with and manage positively the project team. Manage all related construction works. Prepare and implement project plans and documents for use onsite to client's satisfaction.

Prepare the project program, track updates and manage delays and client notifications. Manage the project financials including cost tracking, and monthly forecast preparation and presentation.
