Project Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects.

Job Description:

  • Manage project administration tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit tender packages, estimates, and other project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-trades to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and attend progress meetings to monitor project performance.
  • Develop and implement quality control, OH&S, traffic management, and environmental plans.
  • Manage resources, cost control, progress estimates, and contract change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction or engineering.
  • Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program related to civil engineering or construction management is an asset.
  • Experience using estimating software is an asset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Strong organizational and excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, most notably Word, Excel & Project.
  • Valid BC driver's license.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $130,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity, and other criteria.
