The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects and deliver exceptional results. You'll oversee planning, budgets, resources, and on-site execution — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

As the Civil Construction Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with precision and efficiency.
  • Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and clients.

What We're Looking For

We want a confident, motivated leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced project environments. You'll bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience managing large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore), CAD software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make confident decisions under pressure.
  • (Preferred but not essential) Experience with high-voltage (HV) underground works.
