Financial Capital Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Group Treasury Team as an Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Group's capital, funding, and liquidity position.
This is a high-performing team role that offers exposure to the inner workings of a financially active conglomerate group. You will work on projects and deliverables that inform the strategic direction of the Group's capital position and execution of capital actions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with bank capital in a dynamic environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information succinctly. They will also have a desire to learn more about capital, regulatory frameworks, and financial markets.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of policies and practices that shape the outcome of business activities. You will also have exposure to senior management, in a non-hierarchical, merit-based environment.
The Group Treasury Team advises senior management on balance sheet capacity, cost, risk, and return, and supports the CFO on strategic issues. You will work closely with the Asset and Liability Committee to develop insights that assist senior management decision-making.
