We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing efficient operation and management of IT services across Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site as required.">
  • Monitor and manage the IT Helpdesk ensuring timely responses and updates to tickets.">
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures, promoting staff awareness and education.">
  • Communicate effectively with team members and non-technical staff, providing clear guidance and support.">

Requirements:">

  • ">
  • Ideal 2+ years of IT systems administration experience.">
  • Advanced IT problem solving skills with ability to diagnose technical problems and develop solutions and drive continuous improvement.">
  • Proven experience with key software applications and integration, data structures, databases, and application security.">
  • Advanced Excel skills.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Effective stakeholder management with ability to build positive relationships.">
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.">
