Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Speech Pathologists, fostering a positive team culture
  • Manage scheduling, recruitment, performance appraisals, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Promote the clinic's services and build meaningful connections within the community
  • Provide client feedback, mentoring, and guidance to your team
  • Manage a significantly reduced, varied caseload tailored to your interests
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience
  • Previous leadership experience preferred but not essential
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
