Lead Paediatric Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated paediatric speech pathologist to join our team as a lead specialist. As a key member of our allied health organisation, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and mentoring to new graduate and junior speech pathologists, while also working with a caseload of paediatric clients.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality clinical supervision and mentoring to support the development of new graduate and junior speech pathologists
- Work with a caseload of paediatric clients, conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, and providing therapy sessions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of professional development training sessions for the team
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- 4+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist with preference for previous supervision experience
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
