Clinical Operations Team Leader

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clinical team, ensuring the smooth delivery of tissue recovery and distribution services.
- Manage workloads, rosters, and leave for the team to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain compliance with clinical standards.
- Coordinate the receipt, processing, and distribution of donated tissues to meet customer needs.
We seek an experienced leader who possesses strong organizational skills, the ability to motivate teams, and excellent communication skills.
- A proven track record in clinical or tissue banking environments.
- Ability to lead and train teams effectively.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn GMP warehousing and tissue logistics principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
