Your Responsibilities:
In this full-time role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate patient-centered care, applying contemporary nursing practices and research.
- Provide advanced clinical guidance to the multidisciplinary team, enhancing patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with site staff to assess and improve patient satisfaction, addressing feedback promptly.
- Develop strong relationships with various disciplines and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing team members.
