**Job Title:** Senior Mental Health Leader

Role Summary: As a Senior Mental Health Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional mental health services to adults requiring rehabilitation and wellbeing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care to adults in the rehabilitation stream and mental health and wellbeing program as directed.
  • Collaborate with managers and team leaders to maintain excellent service standards within a robust clinical governance framework, focusing on excellence, safety, care, staff performance, cost efficiency, research, and education.

Opportunities for Growth:

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team, including mental health specialists, forensic services, family violence specialists, social and emotional wellbeing teams, families where a parent has a mental illness (FaPMI) teams, and personality disorder clinical specialists.
  • Be part of a team that delivers Brief Intervention Teams (BITs) and HOPE initiatives.
  • Contribute to Community Care Teams providing vital mental health services to individuals and communities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent postgraduate specialist qualification.
