Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and functional operation of our seniors living facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of maintenance and ground-keeping staff, as well as carrying out repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance tasks.


About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within an aged care environment and will have a strong commitment to Work Health and Safety.

The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and will be able to use their skills to contribute to the wellbeing of our residents and the smooth operation of our services.


Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Handyman, Maintenance or Trade.
  • A strong knowledge and commitment to Work Health and Safety.
  • A current Police Check.
  • A current drivers licence.
  • Experience supervising a team.
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights.
