The secure Dementia Wing at this facility highlights our commitment to specialised care, ensuring the safety and freedom of movement for residents with specific needs.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aged Care Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will lead our team, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional care to our residents.Key responsibilities of the Role:· Ensure High Standards of Care: Ensuring the clinical team is implementing high quality of care, process, and documentation in timely manner.
· Create a Positive Environment: Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity among all the residents and staff.
Encourage residents to express their preferences and participate in decision-making regarding their Care.
· Develop High-Performance Teams:Recruit, train, and retain talented individuals who share the organisation's values and commitment to resident-centred Care.
· Effective Management:Develop and adhere to a comprehensive budget, closely monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective process to ensure the financial sustainability of the residence.
· Positive Leadership:Lead by example, demonstrating adaptability, innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning.
