Portfolio Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with strong property management skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and experience working in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, including rental inspections, lease renewals, and general property maintenance. They will collaborate closely with our team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that clients receive the highest level of service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 properties in the Inner North/CBD Fringe areas
  • Provide support from inspection agents for routine and final inspections and assistance from Assistant Property Managers for leasing and administrative tasks
  • No PCRS; BDM or Trust required

About You:

  • Current PM Registration and a valid driver's license
  • A passion for customer service and relationship building
  • An ability to work collaboratively within a team
