About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our Quality-of-Care team as a key contributor to our transformational initiatives. This is a part-time, fixed-term role that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy to support business-as-usual messaging and stakeholder engagement programs.
  • Create engaging content and training collateral that meets brand and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prevent messaging fatigue and align project communications with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
  • Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations and manage through influence.

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
