We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional care to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with other staff and qualified practitioners to deliver person-centered care that promotes independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote independence and support residents in engaging in meaningful activities
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to provide proactive service and support
  • Ensure safe administration of medications and report any concerns or adverse reactions to the Registered Nurse
  • Provide guidance and support to Personal Carers as required
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practice clinical care within enrolled nursing scope
  • Report any risks that may cause accidents or injuries
What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Diploma of Nursing, current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, and relevant experience working in an aged care environment. You should also have excellent communication skills, be able to read and write clearly, and demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
