Marketing Strategic Planner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and market expansion
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve performance
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or recruitment sectors
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet marketing objectives
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
