**The role**
The Market Supply Planner is responsible for developing an inventory plan for their market(s) based on demand, current orders in transit, network lead times and available inventory. They will generate a market replenishment plan based on inventory, parameters and demand requirements. They will maintain all finished good inventory parameters, including safety stock.
This role is also responsible for maximising customer service level for markets, working with key Group Operations counterparts to ensure stock is ordered, manufactured, packed and shipped on time to meet market requirements. If issues arise, the Market Supply Planner will proactively communicate with markets and advise of any actions in play to reduce impact.

**Responsibilities**:
- Set Finished Goods inventory parameters (eg safety stock, network lead times, min/max targets) based on agreed inventory policy
- Convert demand plan into market replenishment plan (DRP) based on inventory, parameters and demand requirements.
- Work with logistics to ensure on time shipment of replenishment orders, recommend mode of transportation (air v sea) within cost targets.
- Key KPIs: Customer Service Level to market, Cost (air freight spend)
- Execute change control for innovation, product changes and SKU rationalization - Key KPIs: Inventory turns and/or days cover, Inventory Health (%). SLOB risk
- Represent supply planning in innovation (Stage/Gate process)
**Key Experience Required**:
- Strong supply chain and planning experience, preferably in FMCG/Pharma sector
- A strong capability in analysing data to derive compelling insights, to inform decision making and/or to drive desired results.
- A proven influencer who works at a fast pace
- Highly collaborative with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for our customers and consumers
**DESIRABLE**:
- Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
- Experience with Advanced Planning tools (e.g. SAP APO, JDE)
- APICS CPIM Certification and/or strong exposure to S&OP/supply chain best practice principles
- For those planners that are working with International markets, ability to speak an Asian language is highly desirable, along with experience working in the Asia region.
