**What’s the role?**

The Marketing Coordinator will support our marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, and leads. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Assist with the creation and owning the maintenance of the marketing calendar
- Organise sessions with internal stakeholders to acquire content
- Organise 3_rd_ parties and content providers to deliver content to schedule
- Ensure overall marketing and coms deliverables are achieved
- Reporting on all channel activity

**Web**
- Ensure landing pages have correct brand content
- Testing forms and ensuring data is correctly sent and tagged in the CRM
- Updating site to ensure it remains current, per provided updates

**Blog and posts**
- Ensuring content is created per posting calendar
- Proof content for technical and written errors, social links
- On approval, publish article

**Webinars**
- Scheduling
- Sending invitations to lists
- Creating sessions and ensuring content and follow up campaigns are ready
- Assisting the running of webinar sessions
- Ensure the delivery of follow-up campaigns post webinar
- Ensuring content is technically correct - spelling, grammar, active links, links on images

**Social**
- Posting social content from calendar or ad-hoc as needed
- Monitor and respond to comments and enquiries from social channels

**Trade shows and other physical campaigns**
- Assist with pre and post-show logístical tasks
- Assist with asset creation and show merchandising
- Curate and update social posting during the campaign over select channels
- Ensure post-show follow up campaigns sent and running per targeting rules

**Demo Asset logging and maintenance**
- Use the CRM to maintain a log of demo assets (sites), current version and their audience, including special features
- Ensure demo data is current
- After demo, refresh data
- Log and maintain demo scripts, PowerPoints and runthroughs as they relate to the demo site

**Asset Repurposing & Logging**
- Take existing content and repurpose it to new formats using appropriate templates and branding. Examples include:

- Blog to social
- Whitepaper to blog
- Blog to PDF
- Word docs to blog / social
- Maintain a record of content, type, audience
