Airport Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced airport setting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items, rotating stock and merchandising, adhering to food hygiene and safety practices, and assisting the broader team as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized customer service
- Prepare and serve beverages/food items in accordance with quality and presentation standards
- Rotate stock and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing environment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
- Assist the broader team as required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
- Experience in high-volume customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or retail environments
- Possession of a current RSA certificate (advantageous)
- Barista experience/qualification (advantageous)
- Punctuality and reliability
