The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end creation, approval tracking, and payment of Purchase Orders across our business. We are looking for an individual who is organised, has attention to detail, systems savvy, and process-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and critique the accuracy and appropriateness of all fields and coding options given to each team for their use cases and collaborate with finance if necessary.
  • Manage the end-to-end creation, approval tracking, and payment of Purchase Orders across our business.
  • Review, question, and document PO process and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with other business units, labels, and our finance teams to improve the efficiency of the process.
  • Document all correct coding and set up for each department, so all department coordinators and teams are aware of the process.
  • Develop a centralised tracking system for the status of all outstanding POs that provides transparency across the business at any point in time.

About You:

  • Ability to work to tight and variable deadlines, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and manner in dealing with internal and external contacts.
  • Tertiary degree qualification preferred, but not essential.
  • 2+ years' experience in an office environment.
  • Excel standard – Intermediate.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
