About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our lifestyle and wellbeing team. As a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of ageing people every day.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to live our values and bring respect, compassion, integrity and enhance the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.

The role is based at Kilpatrick Court in Toronto NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop lifestyle and wellbeing programs to support the individualised needs of our consumers.
  • Lead and supervise volunteers whilst engaged in lifestyle and wellbeing programs and activities.
  • Support the Directed Actions Response Team (DART) for consumer Behavioural Management Strategies.
  • Plan, conduct and evaluate varied lifestyle and wellbeing programs to cater for the individual needs of consumers.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and proven ability to deliver person centred care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.

You must also hold a National Police Check.
