As a key member of our facilities team at Redpath Partners, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enabling facilities management services across our assets and infrastructure at both airports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support tenant customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain suitable facility standards.
  • Conduct routine building inspections and manage closeout of defects and non-conformances.
  • Assist the Senior Facilities Manager team in overseeing routine and non-routine repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain building compliance registers, including Annual Fire Safety Statement, Building Hazardous Materials, and other compliances.
  • Support engagement, administration, and management of contractors.
  • Manage maintenance and approvals of purchase orders and contractor costing.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with customers and external contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Proven experience working in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational experience and ability to multitask.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities management or a related field.
