As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve work-readiness and secure sustainable employment. Your weekly outreach support at our Toowoomba site will be instrumental in making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Create and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support clear pathways to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
