Job Opportunity: Supervise Pool Operations

This role involves overseeing pool activities and ensuring a safe swimming environment for the community.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual, goal-oriented and dedicated to delivering outcomes, with the following qualifications:

- A valid Pool Lifeguard Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Criminal History (Police) Clearance
- Department of Human Services Working with Children Clearance
- Pool Plant Operators Certificate is highly regarded
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard is highly regarded

Responsibilities include supervising pool operations, maintaining a safe swimming environment and providing exceptional customer service. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to upholding the organization's values.
