We're searching for a driven and adaptable leader to join our team at our Adelaide depot, where you'll play a key role in leading daily operations during the Monday to Friday shift and providing crucial coverage for annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective load planning strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce cross-docking.

Manage and allocate daily jobs across a team of 10+ drivers.

Coordinate with workshop teams to proactively plan equipment maintenance.

Liaise with customers and warehouse partners via email and phone.

Oversee warehouse and yard operations, including returns and rejected loads.

Manage cross-dock functions and ensure system data accuracy.

Proactively address transport issues to minimise delays and ensure customer expectations are met.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor in the transport or logistics sector.

Strong computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to transport management systems (e.g., Translogix, C3, Ignition, or similar).

Ability to work autonomously with a high level of accountability.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.

A client-focused mindset with the drive to go above and beyond.
